President’s Message
When Christian leaders work together as fellow servants of one master, Jesus Christ, they strengthen the Church’s witness in society. Forming leaders to serve the Church’s mission as Jesus commanded Peter in John 21:16-17 is too big a task for a few individual institutions and ministries.
Partnership and collaboration in ministry to joyfully serve society are powerful demonstrations of God’s love for a world riddled with hate, wickedness, division, and sin. Communities are more likely to embrace God’s transforming work when leaders share their gifts and resources together in service. Bosko Partners deems it a privilege not only to support faculty in forming leaders to strengthen the institution and organizational health for impactful service but also to foster a sense of community for collaboration among its constituencies.
We create a vibrant fellowship so faculty can serve together across all borders and boundaries, creating time and space for institutions and organizations to share resources and seek ways to enhance each other’s ministry. We inspire business leaders to work with theological leaders to explore untapped wealth for additional income streams to support ministries while researching to identify challenges and appropriate solutions for the Church and society. We invite you to join this graceful and enduring fellowship as we trust God to obey His command to “feed His sheep” by strengthening the Church to transform our society.

Our Story
Bosko Partners was founded as Bosko Foundation in March 2007 to help leaders and equip all those passionate about training others to serve. Daniel and Rebecca Boyce created the Bosko Foundation, occasioned by a deep desire to help people, as indicated in John 21:16-17, and a liquidity event from Next Packaging. The organization has incubated initiatives like Pastor 67, ICCG, Journey Matters, and supported individuals who demonstrate God’s calling to serve in the Majority World. Many start-ups in Africa, Asia, India, North America, and Russia have benefited from the organization.
Bosko draws its inspiration from the gospel of John, when, for the third time, Jesus asked, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, “Do you love me?” He said, “Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Feed my sheep.” (John 21:16-17) The word feed comes from the Greek bosko, referring to nourishment. Bosko Partners nourishes God’s people by helping them discover and affirm their gifts, facilitating growth and development, and encouraging leaders so that the Church can joyfully serve society.
Today, we focus on advancing the mission of the global Church by supporting Majority World faculty and leaders, strengthening institutions and organizations, and mobilizing data and resources to inspire initiatives that impact society.
